Doug also likes working with buyers. “I spend a lot of time doing paperwork and editing photos. Working with buyers gives me a chance to get out of the office and get some fresh air” says Doug. Doug’s big focus when working with buyers is making sure they have all of the information. “I’m not big into telling people what to do with their money. If you want my opinion, I would be happy to deliver it but, my main focus is avoiding surprises after the sale. For this reason, I like using an inspector that has infrared technology that can see through walls” Doug says.
